Admissions Specialist
Ontario, California Job ID 2026-5436As an Admissions Specialist for a certified Great Place to Work, you will guide prospective students on their path towards a career in healthcare. In doing so, you will help them change not only their own lives, but also those of the patients in their care. You will be a prospective student’s first connection at American Career College, and you will support them through the application and enrollment process.
You will make an impact by:
- Serving as a subject matter expert for all admissions related policies and procedures, and a product knowledge expert for all programs.
- Supporting, coaching and influencing other Admissions Advisors to help them achieve their goals.
- Assisting prospective students, navigate and manage throughout the complex admissions process.
- Providing excellent customer service to prospective and enrolled students in accordance with the mission and purpose of the university.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree is required.
Your Experience Includes:
- 3-5 years of related experience is required. Minimum of up to two years' experience in a counseling or marketing-related environment required.
