Financial Aid Analyst, Finalize Aid – Special FundsIrvine, California Job ID 202710
SUMMARY: Reporting to the Manager, Financial Aid Finalize Aid Team, monitors the timely and accurate processing of special funds such as Federal Work Study, FSEOG, Cal Grants, CHAFEE, Florida State Grants and institutional grants and scholarships. Compiles information, makes initial eligibility determinations, prepares reports, and disseminates data to appropriate systems and individuals. Maintains student records in Anthology, ImageNow and shared network spreadsheets. Assigns activities as appropriate to obtain missing or incomplete information. Monitors Anthology activities and responds to activities from campus and administration staff regarding fund processing and eligibility. Reviews ACC payment plans in Anthology and manages ACC payment plan change request activities.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate Degree preferred.
- May not be in default on a federal loan or owe repayment on a federal grant.
